Process
│STEP ONE │
1.
Access the 509 Public Sector Fund Portal
Open your web browser and visit this page.
On this landing page, you will see two main options near the top-right corner:
“My Account/SignIn” accessible when you click on the three lines in the upper left (applicable if you already have a PESI account).
“Join” if you need to create a new account.
Review directions for each method in the next steps.

Join (Create a New Account)
A. Click the yellow “Join” button in the upper right-hand corner of this page.
B. In the pop-up or next screen, look for the phrase “Don’t have an account?” and click the “Sign Up” button just below it.
C. Fill in your credentials in the New User Registration form and click “Create Account.”
Check your email for a confirmation message from PESI.

│STEP THREE │
Login (Existing Account)
In the upper right-hand corner of the page, click the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines) to reveal options.
From the dropdown, select “My Account / Sign In.”
Enter your email and password on the login screen.
Hint:
Once you’ve logged in, bookmark your Account Dashboard page to streamline future access.
If you forget your password, click the “Forgot your password?” link on the login page and follow the instructions to reset.

4.
Enter the Training Fund Portal
After logging in, you’ll land on your Account Dashboard.
A. Locate and click the “LMS Portal” tab in the dashboard navigation.
B. Once inside the LMS Portal, Click the blue “Enter Group” button.
C. You will now have access to the 509 Public Sector Training Fund Portal.

Explore Available Trainings
Inside the portal, Click the “Products” tab in the top navigation to view available trainings.
You can scroll through the trainings in sequence or filter your search results at the top and left side of the page.

6.
Launch and Resume Trainings
A. To start a training, click the green “Launch” button next to the training of your choice.
B. To return to your Account Dashboard from within the Portal, click the circle (which will display your initials) in the upper right corner of the page.
C. After beginning a training, you can resume any training you’ve started in your Account Dashboard, then clicking the “My List” tab, which shows in-progress courses.

7.
Completing a Course & Earning CE Credit
A. To resume a training, click “Launch Viewer” from within the “My List” tab in your account.
B. Once you finish a training, navigate to the “Credit” tab within the course page.
C. Select the board or credit you want to appear on your certificate. If you only need a certificate of completion, select “Other Professions.”
Click “Submit” to move on to your quiz and/or evaluation (if required).
Any CEUs earned will appear in your Account Dashboard under the CE Certificate Status column from within the “My List” tab in your account dashboard.
